Welcome to UkSaxHire
We are the only firm in the UK that discounts ALL of the 12 monthly rental payments towards the price of either the instrument that you are hiring or another instrument of a higher value.
This allows you to start on a £10pm student model and upgrade on purchase if you wish.
You can try up to 4 instruments over the 12 month hire term to find the perfect instrument for you. The rental paid on all of them would count towards the purchase price.
Flexible rental periods from 3 to 12 months.
Rental is deducted from the price if purchased (even if you upgrade).
Free one hour saxophone or clarinet lesson included.
If you can't travel to us for the lesson, we can arrange home delivery for £9 and we will send a gift voucher for the one hour lesson which can be used at any time during the hire term.
We are a small friendly team and are always happy to talk with you.
If you can travel to us, we offer a free one hour saxophone or clarinet lesson to help you get started. We will customise the lesson to your requirements. You will have "one to one" time to try the instruments in a relaxed, friendly environment. Don't worry if you have never played an instrument before. Most people who come for the lesson have never played an instrument before and can't read music.
All our instruments are tested prior to despatch and as standard come with all you need to get started:
Carry case, with 1 reed, Yamaha mouthpiece with comfort patch, ligature and cap, neck strap and cork grease.
Accessories are available to hire at £1 per month extra, or three free to hire with the new Esprit for £15 per month:
1. Tuition book with play along CD;
2. Saxophone stand (you will play it more if it is out ready to play!)
3. Padded neck strap (makes the sax feel 50% lighter);
4. Harness which is ideal for children under 10 as it transfers the weight of the sax from the neck to shoulders;
5. Music stand (helps posture when reading from the tutor book)
We have over 700 instruments in stock including the full range of Yamaha, Yanagisawa and Trevor James saxes and some Selmer Paris, Windcraft, Bauhaus, Earlham and Jupiters.
